Mohale FM The Tsifa-li-Mali High Court in Leribe will today hear the murder case of Morero Ts’oanamatsie of Botha-Bothe, who was allegedly stabbed multiple times with a knife and killed by the accused, Seabata Mokete of Ha-Ramonaheng in Berea.
The incident took place in Botha-Bothe in 2023.
The matter proceeds after settlement discussions between the accused and the deceased’s family broke down yesterday. The accused had reportedly sought to compensate the deceased’s family.

The case, involving allegations of a fatal attack, is said to have been triggered by claims from the accused that the deceased had been involved in a romantic relationship with his wife.
