A Russian strike hit a truck near Ukraine’s border with Poland on Sunday, briefly disrupting operations at the Dorohusk-Yahodyn crossing point.
Polish border guards said the attack occurred about 800 metres from Poland. Russia said it was targeting infrastructure used to move European military cargo into Ukraine.
The incident comes as Moscow increases attacks near Ukraine’s western border crossings, while diplomatic efforts involving India and China continue to press for renewed peace talks.
