RFP Denies Claims of Meeting with Undocumented Migrants in South Africa

The Revolution for Prosperity has dismissed allegations that its leader, who is also the Prime Minister of Lesotho, met with undocumented migrants during a recent visit to South Africa.

In a statement issued by its Public Relations office, the party described the claims as baseless, unfounded, and misleading. It firmly rejected suggestions that the Right Honourable Prime Minister engaged with individuals residing illegally in South Africa.

According to the statement, the Prime Minister’s trip followed established diplomatic protocols, and all meetings were conducted transparently with the knowledge of relevant authorities. The party maintains that any suggestion of wrongdoing is inaccurate.

The RFP also reaffirmed its commitment to maintaining strong bilateral relations with South Africa, particularly with the country’s governing party, the African National Congress.

Additionally, the statement noted that the ANC’s Free State Regional Office had been formally informed about the gathering and had sent a delegation to attend.
