Mohale FM A 45-year-old man from Quthing, Mojalefa Letele, appeared before the Magistrate’s Court on 11 June facing allegations of sexually assaulting three fellow inmates.
The complainants, who are from Phamong in Mohale’s Hoek, Kelebone-Mphaki, and Lekhalong-Mphaki, were reportedly being held in the same cell as the accused at the Quthing Correctional Facility.
According to reports, the alleged incidents occurred on different occasions while the four men were sharing the cell.
Mojalefa remains in custody and is also facing separate allegations of sexually assaulting a minor.
The case is continuing before the courts.
