The prosecution has secured a postponement in the double murder trial involving Lefa Mabusane, who is accused of killing two female nurses at Thaba-Bosiu in 2014.
The prosecution says it needs more time to secure three witnesses from Bloemfontein, South Africa, through Interpol.
The court granted a three-to-four-week postponement in the interest of justice.
Mabusane has pleaded not guilty to the charges and is accused of killing Mpho Khutsoane and Mathebane Ramatabooe with stones, and allegedly stealing Khutsoane’s vehicle.
