The number of women found dead in South Africa’s Ekurhuleni area has risen to nine, with police investigating whether the killings are linked.
The latest body was found in Dawn Park, where Gauteng acting provincial commissioner Major General Fred Kekana says preliminary investigations indicate the woman’s remains were dumped there.
Eight other women have been found dead in and around the area between July and September.
