Namibia’s producer-owned Savanna Beef Processors slaughtered 12,603 cattle and paid N$267.95 million to producers between August 2025 and July 2026.
The Namibian reports that the company secured European Union export certification in April and subsequently began shipping certified beef to Europe. The processor says export accreditation and improved plant efficiency are central to its long-term competitiveness.
