Naledi Funeral Services says it is committed to improving its services following a prolonged period of internal conflicts that negatively affected the company’s performance and reputation.
This was revealed by the company’s founder and Board Chairperson, Thabiso Madiba, during a press conference held in Maseru today.
In his remarks, Mr. Madiba apologized to the public as well as employees of the company, saying that management-related disputes had severely affected service delivery and employee morale, resulting in a decline in staff performance.
Mr. Madiba further stated that the company has now adopted new operational strategies aimed at moving the business forward and restoring public confidence.
He added that the recent appointment of Ts’olo Seutloali as the Chief Executive Officer of Naledi Funeral Services forms part of the key measures the company is implementing to drive change and strengthen its operations. Mr. Madiba explained that the company is focused on rebuilding trust, improving efficiency, and ensuring that clients receive the quality services they expect.
The press briefing comes at a time when Naledi Funeral Services remains involved in legal disputes concerning former board members who are contesting positions within the company’s leadership structure.
