Mozambique used the 2026 Maputo International Fair to highlight how biodiversity conservation can support economic growth, innovation and investment.
IUCN Mozambique participated in FACIM alongside government leaders, development partners, businesses and civil society, promoting partnerships that connect nature protection with sustainable development.
The fair was officially opened by President Daniel Chapo and remains one of Mozambique’s largest multi-sector trade and investment platforms.
