The Ministry of Health will conduct an integrated deworming and immunization campaign in four districts from October 12 to 23.
The Ministry’s Public Relations Officer ’Mateboho Mosebekoa says the campaign targets children aged six to 15 years to reduce soil-transmitted worm infections.
The campaign will also provide HPV vaccines to nine-year-old girls and tetanus and diphtheria vaccines to boys aged six to nine.
It will be conducted in Botha-Bothe, Leribe, Qacha’s Nek and Thaba-Tseka.
