Malawi Vice-President Jane Ansah has accused Chief Secretary Justin Saidi of withholding Cabinet information and excluding her from preparations for meetings.
Nyasa Times reports that Ansah said the dispute was with the chief secretary rather than President Peter Mutharika, with whom she said she continues to have a cordial working relationship. Her intervention has drawn attention to tensions within the upper levels of government.
