African Bank Holdings chief financial officer Anbann Chetti has resigned with immediate effect to pursue other opportunities. His departure also ends his executive-director roles at African Bank Limited and African All Cover Limited and triggers his exit from several board committees. The group has appointed Given Bhutana Mabena as acting group CFO while it searches for a permanent replacement, subject to the required regulatory approvals. The change follows the resignation of African Bank’s chief executive earlier this year.
